We aim to follow the time-honoured tradition of live model drawing in fun, non-judgemental, skill-developing sessions and we welcome participants at all levels. There will be no instructor.

Pay at the door:

• Wolfe Island Gallery members (membership $25): $10 

• Non-members: $15

Fees cover the model costs. 

Model receives minimum $50 for a 2-hour session. Models may be draped or not.

Suggested materials:

• Jack Richeson Rough Newsprint 50sh 18 x 20

• Jack Richeson Drawing Pad 30sh 18 x 24

• Artist Graphite pencils 2B, 4B, 6B 

• or Maries Non-Wood graphite sticks 2B, 4B, 6B

• Faber-Castell-Pitt Monochrome Artist Pastel/Conte brown white black sepia

• Charcoal pencils medium/soft

• Maries kneadable eraser

But really, all you need are some drawing materials like pencils or charcoal, and a sketch book or paper with a supportive hard backing. We will have a few easels available, first come, first served.

Submissions will be juried. All media welcome! Priority will be given to artists living on or with connections to the Frontenac Islands; artists from other areas will be accepted subject to space availability.
