My name is Kathy Schwab. I live on Wolfe Island and for as long as I can remember I’ve wanted
to capture the vibrancy of visual expression and emotional entrapment of stained glass. As the
light bursts and wanes, the colour intensity transforms the beautiful highlights and subtleties
into new discoveries. It was that “Aha” moment that attracted me to the art of stained glass.
Combining my appreciation for nature and my 25 years of stained glass experience, it’s only
“natural” that I create interesting pieces for everyone to enjoy and treasure.
Stained glass is for the people inside the house during the daytime when the sun shines inward
through the glass and it’s for the people outside the house during the night when the inside
lights shine outward.
